• Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by Grammar Gains.

• Batch Transfers: Requests to transfer between batches must be submitted at least 7 days before class start.

• Fee Breakdown: All course fees are clearly listed on the course registration pages and include VAT where applicable.

3. 💻 Online Course Access

• Account Security: Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

• Class Recording: Grammar Gains may record sessions for training or review purposes. These recordings are not to be shared or redistributed by users.

• Device & Internet: Students are responsible for ensuring they have a working device and stable internet connection.

4. 📖 Academic Integrity

• Original Work: All assignments and classwork must be the student’s own. Plagiarism, cheating, or impersonation is strictly prohibited.

• Certificate Issuance: Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements and performance criteria.

• Absenteeism: Excessive absence (more than 25%) may disqualify a student from receiving certification.

• Prohibited Content: Any shared content that promotes violence, discrimination, illegal activities, or offensive language is prohibited.

• Intellectual Property: Course materials (PDFs, videos, slides) are the property of Grammar Gains and cannot be copied or redistributed.

• Community Contribution: When participating in forums or discussions, ensure your comments are relevant, respectful, and constructive.
